On Site Education Course Registration is located at the Course Registration Desk (Level 1, Area D, near Room 160) in the Dallas Convention Center. All on site registration is based on availability.

In conjunction with HELI-EXPO 2012, Helicopter Association International (HAI) offers a number of professional development courses designed specifically for helicopter professionals. These courses will be presented prior to and following HELI-EXPO 2012. Each course targets issues of specific concern to helicopter operators, pilots, and aviation maintenance professionals, providing current and comprehensive information essential to success in today’s rapidly changing operating environment.

How to Register
Registrants should click on the course(s) above for easy online registration or complete the Course Registration Form to enroll by mail or fax. Mail: Helicopter Association International, Attn: Kristin Anderson, 1635 Prince Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22314; Fax: 703-683-4745.

Take advantage of early registration discounts by registering on or before December 30, 2011. Enrollment is limited and will be accepted in order of receipt by HAI. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your seat is confirmed. All registrations must be received by February 1, 2012. After this date, you may register onsite, if space is available.

Course Information
All courses will take place at the Dallas Convention Center, Level 1 (Area D) in Dallas, Texas. The HAI course registration desk will be located in the Dallas Convention Center, Level 1 (Area D), and will open at 7:00 a.m. daily. HAI and/or its instructors reserve the right to adjust course outlines, schedules, and/or materials. Class times may be adjusted by the instructor(s). Parking fee(s) are not included in the registration fee.

Complimentary One-Day Pass to HELI-EXPO 2012

Certificates of Completion
Upon completion of each course, participants will receive a certificate of completion suitable for framing.

Cancellations and Substitutions
The registration fee is non-refundable within 30 days of the course; however, substitutions are welcome at any time.

HAI reserves the right to cancel any course and return registration fees in the event of insufficient registration, instructor illness, or national emergency. The liability of HAI and its participating contractors, sponsors, and service providers is limited to the registration fee.
